Involves delivering trainings, content development, technology roadmap design and implementation.

Working knowledge in IT systems, specifically in areas like implementation/installation, migration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and reports

Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

Training and working experience on the following:

-Windows Server Administration 2008/2012/2016.

-Install, Configure and Manage Active Directory, RODC / restore

-Worked on Office 365 - Migrating onprem mail box to O365

-Install, Configure and Manage Virtual Infrastructure - VMware vSphere 6 and above.

Trainings conducted on Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/2013, Microsoft 365, Azure (AZ-900, AZ-201, AZ-300, AZ-301/303/304), AWS (Associate/ Professional-Architect/SysOps/DevOps) will be added advantage.

Educational Qualification & years of experience

o BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Information Technology / Systems engineering / Computer science or a closely related stream
o At least 2+ years of full-time, professional experience in configuring, administering, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining applications and/or IT infrastructure systems.
