Launched in September 2022, the Women's Leadership Program (WLP) was an 8-month flagship initiative designed to help high-potential women transform and elevate their careers. Led by the Executive Sponsor and the WIN ERG Lead, with support from the Global and local HR teams, the program continued into 2023. It expanded with in-person sessions, interactions with the Global CTO, India CEO, and industry leaders.
WLP concluded in April with focused self-reflection sessions, learning decks, and discussions on self and manager feedback. An impressive 95% of attendees rated it as highly effective, with 45 women participating in India. For career growth, Nielsen provides mentoring, sponsorship for higher education, and executive coaching.
NIQ offered 26 weeks of paid leave for child adoption even before maternity law mandated it. They also support paid leave for women with critical pre-natal and post-natal conditions. They uphold a gender-neutral POSH policy, ensuring a safe workplace through confidential reporting and awareness programs. They offer a hybrid working culture to meet today's evolving work needs.
