By empowering women, fostering inclusive problem-solving, and supporting career restarts, PS creates a more equitable workplace unlocking the full potential of the talent.

Publicis Sapient India’s DEI journey, which began in 2015, reflects a deep commitment to creating a truly inclusive workplace where individuals can bring their authentic selves to work.
