- Should have minimum 6 years of coding experience in various PHP frameworks.
- Should have excellent Written and Oral communication skill.
- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP design patterns.
- Should have strong knowledge of writing reusable components.
- Should have strong expertise of various PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, Symphony, Twig etc.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as VueJs, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Should have strong knowledge in various databases like MYSQL/ Postgres / Oracle / MongoDB databases and their declarative query languages.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Bitbucket.
- Should have worked as Team Lead.
Responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between the product owner and the technical team to provide effective technical solutions for the requirements raised by the product owner
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
- Execute the project in Agile methodology and deliver the requirements with proper sprint and release planning
- Should act as a liaison between the Client and the technical team to provide effective technical solutions for the requirements.
- Should be able to prioritize and perform tasks effectively.

- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Validate the project implementation against requirements and technical specifications/architecture.
- Knowledge of various project management tools like Jira.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
- Keep the technical and functional documentation updated as the system revolves around changes in functionality.
- Manages the scope change process: identifies and anticipates risks and issues, facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation.
- Communication – Is transparent in communication, with intent to inspire trust and provide the positives and negatives of both individuals and teams action
