Job Description

• • Should have minimum 6 years of coding experience in various PHP frameworks.
  • Should have excellent Written and Oral communication skill.
  • Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP design patterns.
  • Should have strong knowledge of writing reusable components.
  • Should have strong expertise of various PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, Symphony, Twig etc.
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as VueJs, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Should have strong knowledge in various databases like MYSQL/ Postgres / Oracle / MongoDB databases and their declarative query languages.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Bitbucket.
  • Should have worked as Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• • Act as a liaison between the product owner and the technical team to provide effective technical solutions for the requirements raised by the product owner
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
  • Execute the project in Agile methodology and deliver the requirements with proper sprint and release planning
  • Should act as a liaison between the Client and the technical team to provide effective technical solutions for the requirements.
  • Should be able to prioritize and perform tasks effectively.

  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Validate the project implementation against requirements and technical specifications/architecture.
  • Knowledge of various project management tools like Jira.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
  • Keep the technical and functional documentation updated as the system revolves around changes in functionality.
  • Manages the scope change process: identifies and anticipates risks and issues, facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation.
  • Communication – Is transparent in communication, with intent to inspire trust and provide the positives and negatives of both individuals and teams action
  • Reporting to CTO on project deliveries
