• Work with QA and Operations teams to troubleshoot and fix defects.
• Comfortable reading and writing code and have worked with Java and Web services and strong Maven skills.
• Optimizing on-call rotations and processes where necessary
• Define key metrics, monitoring and alerting.
• Work on tech debt and automation tasks.
• Willing to work on a distributed team spanning multiple time zones.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Technical writing skills
