Leadership Development Intervention for women WINSPIRE PROPEL, WINSPIRE RISE and Building Growth Mindset Program covering 500+ Early and Mid-level Leadership, helped women find their own leadership style and hone the skills to reach higher positions.

Apart from the training intervention spread over multiple contacts and months, the participants also undergo group mentoring, group coaching and one-on-one nudge calls with the faculty. Women also get the opportunity to interact with the Board of Directors, including CEO and MD, Mr SN Subrahmanyan, and other women leaders.

As part of the program, they are offered opportunity to be mentored by senior leaders of the organization. The participants also created a strong internal network to support each other on their leadership journey.
