Strong Scrum/Agile experience working in an agile environment

 

Responsibilities:

• Works with Managers – with their Sprints Planning & Taking up additional workload from the US / Prioritizing based on current projects
• A person who has more hands-on experience on Agile / Scrum coaching
• Should have good understanding of the major agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.).
• Somebody who understands the current data projects landscape & Data squads and coach (/onboard) the teams to the next level of agile / scrum maturity
• Defines and owns the Scrum Process Management – Coaches the project teams to self-organize
• Be a Quality Master who will resolve impediments & conflicts within the scrum teams
• Come up with areas for improvement – Laundry list of things – business benefit in making that improvement – prioritize for every quarter
• Ensuring process adherence & tracking of each squad
